Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for electromagnetic design and structural design of high-speed permanent magnet motor, calculation and analysis of performance parameters;
2. Establish the motor magnetic field analysis model;
3. Establish the structural strength/vibration analysis model of the motor, the motor fault diagnosis, and the motor manufacturing process;
4. Responsible for the cost optimization, performance optimization, and technical solution optimization of the motor;
5. Responsible for the analysis and research of technical quality problems, propose improvement plans for motor-related problems and participate in verification;
6. Have project management experience, promote project implementation and control project progress.
job requirements:
1. Possess a doctorate degree and have more than three years of work experience in the motor industry;
2. Working place: Hangzhou, Anji. Can arrange to work from home and report to the headquarters regularly;
3. Working hours: flexible working system, 40 hours/week.
