When the air compressor encounters the chemical industry, what kind of sparks will it wipe out?

Various types of air compressor equipment are widely used in industrial production, and its task is to provide the compressed gas required for production. Air compressor is an important equipment to realize automation and improve production efficiency. However, in most applications, screw air compressors operate at high speed for a long time.

The chemical production process is complex, the process conditions are harsh, and most of the media are flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive. In addition, the production equipment is large, and the production process has the characteristics of high continuity and high degree of automation. Therefore, the technical requirements for compressors in the chemical industry are generally high, requiring both safe and stable operation and convenient maintenance. Therefore, up to now, some equipment still needs to be imported. Second, the chemical industry, such as coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, etc., has a long industrial chain, large investment scale, huge enterprise volume, and quite high requirements for equipment suppliers.

In chemical production, screw air compressors are mainly used in the following aspects:

1. It is used to make carbon oxide and ammonia to synthesize urea, hydrogen and carbon dioxide to synthesize methanol, nitrogen and hydrogen to synthesize ammonia, etc.

2. In the petrochemical industry, hydrogen is often pressurized and heated to react with oil, which promotes the reorganization and splitting of hydrocarbons into light components of hydrocarbons, and processes such as lubricating oil hydrorefining and heavy oil lightening. .

3. Transport gas, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, chlorine and other gases.

4. Mainly used for artificial refrigerant refrigeration or air conditioning, such as commonly used Freon compressors or ammonia compressors. At the same time, it also has the responsibility of separating mixed gases, such as nitrogen, helium, argon and other gases.

The above are the main uses of air compressors in chemical production operations. In addition, it is also used in the transportation of chemical raw materials, the filling of harmful liquids, the packaging, automatic control devices, the automation equipment of ships, and oil drilling.
